If you are interested in improving your fitness, strength and conditioning or just working out, the Gym also known as ‘Powerhouse’ is the place for you. We have sessions for all capabilities from beginners to advanced trainers and a powerlifting club.

Induction & Fitness Checker

When you first come to the Gym you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire to ascertain you are healthy to train and then you will be given an induction on how to use the equipment safely.

Who can access the gym?

The gym can be accessed by all members, and is open 7 days a week.

Once your induction has been completed you can use machines and equipment set by the personal trainers suitable for your ability.

There is a room capacity in place, and you can access on a first come, first serve basis.

Entry to the gym is covered in your £5 annual membership to Legacy Youth Zone – can you go to any other fitness centre and pay 50p everytime you go?
