Legacy Youth Zone is an award winning youth charity based in Croydon. We are a safe, vibrant space at the heart of the community where young people can be themselves, build confidence, and unlock their potential. Open seven days a week, we provide high-quality youth work and over 20 activities a day, from sports and creative arts to employability and wellbeing support, all designed with young people, for young people.
We support thousands of young people aged 8–19, and up to 25 for those with additional needs, creating a place where they feel seen, heard, and valued. Legacy is more than a youth centre, it is a vital community hub where young people are met at their point of need.
Through trusted relationships with inspiring youth workers, positive role models, and consistent support, we help young people develop the skills, resilience, and ambition they need to thrive. Our work extends beyond the young person, supporting families and working alongside schools, local services, and partners to create lasting impact.
