Following a joint collaboration between Legacy and Reedham Children’s Trust, the role of the School and Community Engagement Lead will be to bridge the gap between vulnerable young people in schools being able to access Legacy and wider community activities. As the Lead, you will work with pastoral care teams in schools, run school assemblies, work alongside Reedham’s Children’s Trust, and represent Legacy at community events, to identify vulnerable young people to refer on to the project at Legacy Youth Zone through a clear and thorough referral process. You will line manage a part time Youth Support Worker who will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the programme and work with volunteer mentors.
To work at Legacy, all applicants must be over the age of 18. To work with our senior members who are aged 13+, applicants must be over the age of 21.
Hours: Full time, 40 hours
Salary: £28,000
