You will be an experienced climber with a youth worker background and be committed to working with and creating positive relationships with young people. You will be passionate about supporting young people achieve their goals and aspirations and will be able to manage a small team of climbing wall instructors. The role is between 70% and 80% face to face youth work leading the climbing offer on 5 sessions a week. The remaining time will be spent completing Lead admin responsibilities, usually before sessions.
To work at Legacy, all applicants must be over the age of 18. To work with our senior club members who are aged 13+, applicants must be over the age of 21.
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours
Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 depending on experience and qualifications
Location: Legacy Youth Zone, Croydon
