There are lots of different ways that we can support you with your health and wellbeing at Legacy, whether focusing on your mental, physical or emotional health.

We run various programmes throughout the year for junior, senior and inclusion members and some have included:

  • Barber workshops
  • Empower HER sessions
  • This Girl Can
  • Everyday situations and how to deal with them – open discussion panels
  • Mentoring and support
