Empowering you to find the right path to employment and training
Our #Empowered programme is designed to help people aged 16-24 who are not in education, employment, or training to prepare for finding a job or career.
We support members who would like further support with training, work placements, or want to find out about volunteering opportunities and apprenticeships.
Services we provide in the Empowered programme include:
- Weekly skills workshop
- Self confidence and team building workshops
- 1-2-1 mentoring support
- Support in employment and education searches
- Careers and job surgery drop in sessions
- Work experience
What you can expect from joining the programme:
- Opportunities to gain work experience in your chosen field
- Access to varying training opportunities
- Use of Legacy facilities including the gym, sports hall and music room
- Free Legacy membership when you sign up to the empowered programme
